Youth Programs provide opportunities for kids and teens to practice communication, social-emotional, and digital literacy skills.

Our curriculum utilizes theater and improv activities and is queer and pleasure affirming.

  • Our Early Childhood Program teaches preschool and pre-kindergarten students about what bodies can do, social expectations around genitals, nudity, self-touch, and sex, and about different kinds of relationships.

    These lessons incorporate movement activities, songs, read aloud stories, and drawings.

  • Social Emotional Learning Pathways for preschool students ages 3-5.

    Standard 1: Self Awareness Indicators

    5SL: Communicate with body language, facial expression, tone of voice and in words.

    5SL: Communicate needs and feelings with words and gestures

    6SS: Draw own family, as the child understands it.

    6SS: Describe family members and understand simple relationships (such as, “Marika is my sibling.”)

    6SS: Adopt the roles of different family members during dramatic play. Plan what each role does and then enact it.

    1FC: Remember the people who are important in the child’s life.

    1FC/6SS: Name and identify the relationship (parent, sibling, cousin, etc.) of most family members, including extended family.

  • Our Middle School Program provides students with a space to learn about and process puberty changes, a review of fundamental concepts in sex ed, and opportunities to practice in-person and digital relationship skills.

    These lessons incorporate theater activities, read aloud stories, short videos, and drawing and writing activities.
